Rest as needed between sets

2. Conditioning
AMRAP×12:
20 sit-ups
10 left-arm overhead walking lunges
10 right-arm overhead walking lunges

OLY Class @ 7pm
1. Snatch: work up to (75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1)2 waves. 90 secs between each set.
2. Clean and jerk: same as snatch
3. Front squat; 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.
