1. Overhead Squat + Snatch Balance
Build to a Moderate Complex:
1 Overhead Squat + 2 Snatch Balances
*Technique is more important than loading.

2. Conditioning
AMRAP 15:
15 KB Swings (70/53) (53/35)
12 KB Reverse Lunges
9 Burpees

OLY Class @ 7pm
1. Snatch Balance: 3,2,2,1,1.
2. Rack Jerk: 3, 2, 2, 1, 1. Work up to a Medium, heavy weight.
3. Snatch Pull: 3×3
4. 3 sets:
Hollow Hold: 3×45 sec
Barbell Russian Step ups x 7 each leg. Keep these light and explosive.
Supinated Grip Strict Pull Ups x 5-10
