WORKOUT OF THE DAY – 4/28/18

1. Conditioning
“Tag Team Cindy”
As quickly as possible, teams of two must complete 50 rounds of “Cindy”:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
Only one team member may be working at any given time. The resting partner must care for the team’s kettlebell, which may not touch the ground during the workout.

OLY Class @ 11am
1. Snatch Balance: 2×3, 2×2, 1×1 Work up to a heavy single.
2. Rack Jerk: 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1. Work up to a heavy single
3. Snatch Pull: 4×4
4. 3 sets:
Hollow Hold or Tuck Hold: 3×45 sec
Weighted Russian Steps ups x 10 each leg
Supinated Grip Strict Pull Ups (Chin-up) x 5-10
