WORKOUT OF THE DAY- 4/23/16

  1. Conditioning
    Team WOD (Must be Co-Ed)
    20 Front Squats each, from ground 95/65
    *Squats only done while partners are hanging from pull-up bar
    **If partner drops from bar, person doing squat must drop weight to ground
    Team Lap around building
    ***As soon as last partner finishes squats, clock starts
    ****Clock stops when last partner comes through garage door
    Double Unders – # determined by time of lap (repetitions split amongst partners)
    *****Partners must be in handstand hold while DUs are conducted (scaled holds plank)
