Athlete gets 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not be decreased after first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt.

2. Core
Uber Abs + 1 minute plank


OLY CLASS @ 1830

1. Snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 (last set between 85-90%)
2. Clean and jerk: same as snatch
3. Front squat: 1, 1, 1, 1.
