OLY CLASS @ 1100
1. Back squat: work up to 72% of 1RM: 10 sets x 3 reps.
2. Front squat: work up to 72% of 1RM: 3 sets x 3 reps.
3. Military press+pp+pj: 5 sets x1+1+1. Work up in weight each set.
4. Toes to bar: 25 reps total.
