Michael Smith (Owner)
Mike is a U.S. Air Force veteran with over 12 years of active duty service, where fitness was a daily focus. He discovered CrossFit in 2012 and credits it with helping him transition successfully to civilian life. Mike is passionate about helping others build strength, resilience, and healthy habits through fitness. He is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach.

Staci Longbottom (Crossfit Coach)
Staci has been part of CrossFit Regulate since the doors opened in 2016. What started with nerves quickly turned into a passion for CrossFit and its inclusive approach to fitness. She became a coach to help others discover the same confidence and love for movement that CrossFit gave her. Staci values the community above all and is proud to be a part of the CrossFit Regulate family. She is a CrossFit level 2 trainer and holds an Athlete-Centered Mental Health certification.

Erin Thase (CrossFit Coach)
Erin is a former college basketball athlete and dedicated CrossFit coach with a passion for helping others improve their health and performance. Driven by competition and teamwork, she brings experience, discipline and encouragement to every class. Erin is the head coach of our ‘Endurance Lab’ class, focusing on endurance and performance training for those looking to push capacity. Erin is a CrossFit level 1 trainer.

Sam Magee (CrossFit Coach)
Sam is passionate about helping people move better so they can live active, adventurous lives both in and out of the gym. Coaching and teaching movement since age 13, she brings a keen eye for technique and personalized feedback to every class. Sam found her home at CrossFit Regulate after one class and loves helping others experience the same sense of community. She is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and holds an Athlete-Centered Mental Health certification.

Matt Goodpaster (Crossfit Coach)
Matt found fitness just after high school and has explored many training styles, from distance running and weightlifting to Muay Thai. After discovering CrossFit Regulate in 2018, the supportive community and coaching inspired him to earn his CrossFit Level 1 in 2024. Now a coach at CFR, Matt is passionate about continued growth, healthy living, and helping others build confidence and lasting habits inside and outside the gym.

Kayla Weber (Crossfit coach)
Kayla has been a morning class staple at CrossFit Regulate for several years. A nurse by profession and a weightlifting specialist, she brings both precision and care to her coaching. Kayla balances witty banter while pushing members to work hard keeping classes both fun and engaging.

Sarah Gutzeit (Crossfit Coach)
Sarah has been part of the CrossFit community for nearly 15 years, training through every stage of life. From competing to five pregnancies and postpartum recovery. She loves the challenge of pushing herself both mentally and physically, but what keeps her coming back is the supportive community. Coaching allows her to connect with people, understand their goals, and help them realize just how capable they are - both inside and outside of the gym.
