What does a typical crossfit class look like?

Classes usually include a warm-up, strength or skill work, a workout (WOD) and a cool-down or mobility session. All classes start and end within 60 minutes making CrossFit perfect for your busy schedule!


is crossfit safe for beginners?

Yes. Coaching, proper movement instruction and scaling are built into every class to prioritize safety and long-term progress. Coaches provide modifications to accommodate injuries, mobility restrictions or past surgeries. Trust us, along with listening to your body, to shape you into your best self.


Do i need to be in shape before starting crossfit?

NO!! CrossFit is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is scalable and our coaches help you modify movements so you can start safely and progress at your own pace.


will i feel out of place if i’m new? What should i bring?

No, our community is overwhelmingly supportive and welcoming. All members started their fitness journey exactly where you are. Wear comfortable workout clothes (leggings, shorts, sports bra, tank top, t-shirt, athletic shoes), a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide the rest!
