1.Snatch push press+ohs+snatch sotts press: 1+1+3 x 3 sets.
2.Snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 go by feel.
3.Clean and Jerk: 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 go by feel.
4.Strict pull ups x 50 (Use bands if needed)
5.Barbell curls: 50 reps.
