12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
9 Toes to Bar

Athletes will work through four movements across this longer AMRAP today. The weights and variations on all of these movement should be something that athletes are capable of completing unbroken when fresh and between 1-2 sets within the workout. If unable to Bike, complete the following: 12/9 Calorie Row

OLY Class @ 7pm
1. Snatch Balance + OHS: (2+1) x 3, (1+1) x 3
2. Muscle Snatch: 5,4,3,3,2
3. High Hang Snatch+ Hang Snatch + Snatch: (1+1+1) x 5
4. Back Squat: 5×4
