2. Conditioning
Every :90 Seconds x 7 Sets:
7 Toes to Bar
7 Burpee Box/Plate Jump Overs (24/20)

OLY Class @ 7pm
1. Snatch: work up to 80% x 5 every 90 sec.
2. Front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
3. Clean and jerk: work up to 80% x 5 every 90 sec.
4. Front squat: 1, 1, 1, 1.
5. Light good mornings: 3 x 5
6. Sit ups with plate behind head: 50 total.
