    4×6 across
  3.  Strength Conditioning 
    5 RFT*:
    15 Push Press, 45/35
    12 Front rack lunges, 45/35 (6/side)
    9 Dead Lifts, 45/35
    *Each round must be completed as 36 unbroken reps, rest as little as possible between rounds
